If you encounter an error message 'Access Denied. This device can only access Board.Vision via the mobile app.It is because you are trying to log in to your Board.Vision account by using a web browser via iPad/ iPhone/ Android. 

To resolve this issue, you need to open the Board.Vision app on your iPad/ iPhone/ Android.
