Step 1 – In Planning and Schedule page, select a Schedule with Draft or Pending Confirmation status, by selecting the Status filter (see red box).



Step 2 – In View Schedules page, click on Activate and Notify (see red box).


  

Step 3 – Once you have clicked on Activate and Notifya Notification window will pop up. 


Under the Additional Email to Receive Notification, enter an email address (see red box) and click Confirm (see green box).
