Step 1 – In Planning and Schedule page, select a Schedule with Draft or Pending Confirmation status, by selecting the Status filter (see red box).
Step 2 – In View Schedules page, click on Activate and Notify (see red box).
Step 3 – Once you have clicked on Activate and Notify, a Notification window will pop up.
Under the Additional Email to Receive Notification, enter an email address (see red box) and click Confirm (see green box).
