You are now able to extend the deadline of Schedules and Resolutions.


For Schedules,


To change deadline for a Schedule: 


1) From Planning & Scheduling, select Deadline Ended Status from the dropdown (see red box).

 

 

2) Then, select Send Notification/ Change Deadline (see red box).

 

 

 

3) To change the date, click on the calendar icon (see red box). To change the time, pick the time (HH:MM) in the time selection fields (see blue box), then click on Confirm (see orange box).

 

 

 

  

 

For Resolutions,


To change deadline for a Resolution: 


1) From Approvals & Resolutions, select Deadline Ended Status from the dropdown (see red box).


 

2) Then, select Send Notification/ Change Deadline (see red box).

 

 

  

3) To change the date, click on the calendar icon (see red box). To change the time, pick the time (HH:MM) in the time selection fields (see blue boxes).  Then, click on Confirm (see orange box) to finalize the change.
