Schedule


Step 1 – In the Planning & Scheduling page, select Deadline Ended Status (see red box).

 

 

Step 2 – Select Send Notification/ Change Deadline (see red box).

 

 

 

 Step 3 – To change the date, tap on the calendar icon (see red box). To change the time, pick the 

               time (HH:MM) in the time selection fields (see blue box), then tap Confirm (see orange

               box) to finalize the change. 

 

 

 

  

 

Resolution


Step 1 – In the Approvals & Resolutions page, select Deadline Ended Status (see red box).


 

Step 2 – Select Send Notification/ Change Deadline (see red box).
