You can now notify your Executive Assistant of an upcoming Meeting.
To notify your Executive Assistant:
1) On the Meeting page, tap on Notify EA (see red box).
2) A Notify Executive Assistant window will appear. Type in within the white box (see orange box), then tap on Send (see red box).
3) Below is a sample email sent to the Executive Assistant -EA (see red box) and CC the Business Owner (see orange box).
