To download documents:
1) Click to open any Meeting Agenda or Resolution Documents (see red box).
2) Once you have done your annotations, tap on the Share icon (see red box).
3) Select the option, if you would like your annotations to be included within the document (see red box) or otherwise and tap on Open In (see orange box).
You may see several options for you to select to save the PDF Document into your iPad. Such as Notes, Save to Files, Copy to Books or Import to PDF Viewer (see orange box).
Alternatively, you can share to other devices or users by selecting AirDrop (see red box).
If you would like to print out your documents, you may opt to forward it to your email address and print out from your desktop/laptop.
Important Note for Administrators only:
To allow Business Users to download the PDF document, ensure that the Allow download box must be ticked (see red box) in the Add Approval > Upload Approval Document page.
