Previously, Administrators were required to click on the Unpublish button to make the resolution unavailable to their participants and observers. 

 

To make the resolution available to the participants and observers, Administrators were required to click on the Publish button.

Now, the Unpublish button has been replaced by the Visible to User switch (see red box). By default, the Visible to User switch is on and the resolution is made available to the Participants and Observers.

To unpublish the resolution, switch off the Visible to User. Then, click on Confirm on the User Visibility pop-up screen and the resolution is no longer visible to participants and observers.

To publish the resolution, switch on the Visible to User. Then, click on Confirm on the User Visibility pop-up screen and the resolution will be visible to participants and observers.
