This new feature allows you to mark read documents as unread.

Note:  This feature is available for Meeting, Approval and User Group documents. 


By default, all unread documents are marked with a red dot (see the red box) and all previously read documents do not have a corresponding red dot (see orange box).

Step 1 – Click on a document without the red dot (see the red box).

Step 2 –To mark the document as unread, on the right corner, click Mark as Unread (see the red box).

Step 3 –You will see a “Success! The meeting file is marked as unread” message (see the red box).

 

 


Step 4 – Click Close to close the document (see the red box).

 Step 5 – The document will be marked with a red dot (see the red box).




Note This feature does not apply to documents you have uploaded in Approvals.

Click on the Uploaded Documents icon (see the orange box) to read the documents (see the red box).
