Why am I getting this error message - Looks like an error. Please connect to the internet to access Board.Vision




This could be due to no network connectivity.

1) Switch on the Wi-Fi on your device.
2) Ensure that you are connected mobile data plan.

My screen looks odd and I don't see the login window. What's causing this?



This could be caused by:
1) Your mobile Javascript has been switched off.
2) No network connectivity
 

To remedy this, either:

Symptom: I see this error message, 'Welcome to Board.Vision For Business User' and there is no login window.

Wrong Email Or Password.

Why am I getting this error message - Wrong Email Or Password.




This could be caused by:
1) You may have entered a non-registered email address.
2) You may have entered an incorrect password.

To remedy this, either:

1) Check with your administrator which email address is registered in Board.Vision. 
2) Ensure that your Caps Lock is off. 
3) If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Don't remember your password?'

Oops! Session Timeout.

Why am I getting this error message - Oops! Session Timeout. Try re-login again.



Problem: The login page has expired.

To remedy this, either:

1) iPad/ iPhone/ Android - Close the Board.Vision app and reopen again to login.
2) Web App - Please proceed to refresh the Board.Vision login page, https://app.board.vision, then log in with your credentials.


iPad/ iPhone/ Android/

Access Denied.

Why am I getting this error message - Access Denied. This device can only access Board.Vision via the mobile app.



Problem: You are trying to access the Board.Vision Web App on mobile devices.

To remedy this: You can access Board.Vision by mobile apps only.
Get the right mobile app here.



Web App

Access Denied.

Why am I getting this error message - Access Denied. For security purposes, the Board.Vision web application can only be accessed via Google Chrome.



Problem: You are trying to access Board.Vision Web App on a non-Google Chrome browser.

To remedy this:  You can access Board.Vision only through the Google Chrome browser.

Account Has Been Blocked.

Why am I getting this error message - Your Account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts.


Problem: You have forgotten your login credentials and see this error message after 10 failed login attempts.

To remedy this:  An email has been auto-sent to you to unblock your BV account. From the email, click onto the link to proceed.
