Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to send a reminder or notify pending signatories.
To send a reminder or notify pending signatories:
1) Log in to your SmartSign.Vision account (https://app.smartsign.vision) using your registered email address and password.
2) On the All documents page, click on the Notify icon under the Action column.
Note: Preparer can only send reminders or notify pending signatories when the document is "In Circulation" status.
3) On the Notify Pending Signatories pop-up window, select the checkboxes next to the signatories' email addresses. Then, click on Send Notification.
Note: The signatory checkbox will be greyed out if he/she has signed the document.
4) Once the reminder has been sent out successfully, the signatories will receive a separate email from email@example.com with the title “SmartSign reminder - ‘Preparer's Name’ has sent you a document to review and sign”.
