Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to edit a member's role.
To edit a member's role:
1) Log in to your SmartSign.Vision account (https://app.smartsign.vision) using your registered email address and password.
2) Click on the Profile picture at the top right. Then, select Manage Users from the dropdown list.
3) On the All Members page, click on the Edit icon under the Actions column of the member you wish to update.
4) On the Edit role for [member's name] pop-up window, you can be able to see the member's current role. Select the new role from the list below and click on Change role.
5) Then, the member's role will be updated accordingly.
