Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to reactivate a member.
To reactivate a member:
1) Log in to your SmartSign.Vision account (https://app.smartsign.vision) using your registered email address and password.
2) Click on the Profile picture at the top right. Then, select Manage Users from the dropdown list.
3) On the All Members page, click on the Reactivate icon under the Actions column of the member you wish to reactivate.
4) On the Reactivate Member pop-up window, click on Reactivate.
5) Then, the member's account will be reactivated.
