This is a feature to update Administrator(s) by CC them in the email when they create a new or edit a draft/ or going to activate a Schedule, Meetings, Resolutions and User Groups.

 

For example for Planning & Scheduling:

In the Basic Information page of Add Schedules, by default, your name will appear as an Administrator. By selecting the Select All Admins checkbox (see red box), only the Administrator who triggered the notification will be in the CC list and get notified.

 

The Administrators field is optional if it is left blank, the Select all Admins will automatically be checked (see red box), once you have activated the Schedule.

 

 

 

This feature is available for Planning & Scheduling, Meetings & Events, Approvals & Resolutions and User Groups with below mentioned Status and Actions. (Refer to Table 1.0)

When an email notification is being sent to Attendees and Executive Assistants, the Administrator(s) added into Administrators field, will be automatically “CC” in the email.
