Administrators can add participants even when the schedule is activated and in pending confirmation status.
To add participants to the activated or pending confirmation schedule:
1) Select Approvals & Resolutions.
2) Select Status “Pending Confirmation”.
3) Select one of the Approvals/ Resolutions.
4) Scroll to Participants and +Add Participants (see red box).
5) You can add multiple users (see red box) and/or also user groups (see orange box) as participants with the select user dialogue box.
6) Once you tap Confirm (see red box) to add the users or user group to the Resolution, the action cannot be reversed.
