Administrators can add participants even when the schedule is activated and in Pending Confirmation status.
Step 1 – Select Approvals & Resolutions.
Step 2 - Select Status “Pending Confirmation”.
Step 3 - Select one of the Approvals/ Resolutions.
Step 4 – Scroll to Participants and +Add Participants (see red box).
Step 5 – You can add multiple users (see red box) and/or also user group (see orange box) as participants with the select user dialogue box.
Step 6 – Once you tap Confirm (see red box) to add the users or user group to the Resolution, the action cannot be reversed.
