This new feature allows you to set how a user's name is displayed on the system, or printed on a report, to cater to your specific conventions.
Step 1 –From Add User (see the orange box), click the Display/Printed Name of the user (see the red box).
The default display name is in this example is First Name (Terry), Middle Name (Xie Ming) and Last Name (Chan).
Step 2 – You can change the Display/Printed Name by changing to "Chan Xie Ming Terry" (see example in red box).
Note: The display name is also used in printed outputs such as in the Certificate of Completion.
