How to Vote And Propose an Alternate Date for an Upcoming Meeting

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials! 


In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to vote and propose an alternate date for an upcoming Meeting.    


To vote and propose an alternate date for an upcoming Meeting:


1) Log in to the Board.Vision App with your registered email address and password.


2) Tap on the schedule under Upcoming Items. 


3) Under Mark Your Availability, indicate your availability by selecting Yes or No for each proposed date. 


4) If enabled by your Administrator, you can also vote on dates proposed by other users under the New Proposed Dates section. Once you've made your selections, tap Update


5) After submitting your availability, the schedule will move to the Completed tab. 

 

If you wish to add remarks or propose an alternative date, tap on the proposed schedule from the Completed page.  

6) At the bottom of your screen, tap Add Remark option if you wish to include any comments or remarks or tap Add Propose Date to propose alternative meeting dates.

7) On the 'Your Propose Date' pop-up window, tap on the Add Date button. 


8) Enter a Propose DateStart Time and End Time. Then, tap on Update.


9) You may enter more than 10 proposed dates. Once done, tap on Confirm.  


10) You will be able to view your proposed date(s) under the New Proposed Date section.
