Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to vote and propose an alternate date for an upcoming Meeting.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
To vote and propose an alternate date for an upcoming Meeting:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) Once you have logged in, select the Schedules filter on your Home screen and click on Action Required.
3) On the View Schedules Basic Information page, you can view information such as deadline and participants.
If you would like to notify your Executive Assistant about this meeting schedule, simply click the "Notify Executive Assistant" button.
4) Scroll down to 'Proposed Dates' and vote on your availability by selecting Yes or No. The selected dates will be saved automatically in the system. Please note that you can amend your vote any time before the deadline.
5) To provide an alternative date, click the Propose Alternate Date button.
6) On the 'Your Proposed Date' pop-up window, click the Add Date button.
7) Enter a Proposed Date, Start Time and End Time. Then, click on Confirm.
8) You may enter more than 10 proposed dates. Once you have finished updating the proposed dates, click on Confirm to save your changes.
9) Your proposed dates will appear under the New Proposed Dates section.
Note: Any dates proposed by other Business Users or added by Administrators will also be displayed in this section.
10) To provide any remarks, click on the Add Remark button.
11) On the 'Add Remark' pop-up window, enter your remarks and click on Save.
