Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to change your votes on the Director's availability.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). Please note that this support is intended for desktop environments and is not applicable to mobile devices.
To change your votes on the Director's availability:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) Once you have logged in, you will be directed to Home. At the top of the screen, you will be able to see your Director’s name.
3) If you wish to switch to act for another Director,
a) Click on the default Director’s name.
b) Select another Director from the dropdown list.
4) From the left navigation menu, click on Planning & Scheduling. Then, click the Schedule that you wish to update.
5) On the View Schedules page, scroll down to Proposed Dates and reselect Director's availability by clicking on Yes or No. The selected dates will be saved automatically in the system.
Important Note:
You are not able to amend your vote after the deadline.
You are not able to amend your vote after it has been finalised by the Administrator.
