Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials!
In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to archive the registered Directors onto your device.
Important Note: Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
To archive the registered Directors:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) Once you are logged in, navigate to Registers from the left menu. Under the "Register of Directors" listing page, click on the Archive button. The current list of registered Directors will be downloaded to your desktop or laptop in Excel format. 
3) By archiving, Administrators can download the Register and any supporting documents for offline record-keeping. This process does not modify or remove any records in the Board.Vision system—the BV Registers remain unchanged.
Below is the sample zip folder:
a) The zip folder will contain the list of registered directors. Any supporting documents can be found within the "Past" or "Present" subfolders
b) Below attached is a sample of the list of directors in Excel format.
