Register of Secretaries: How to Edit a Secretary's Information

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to edit a Secretary's Information from the Register of Secretaries.


Important Note: Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).  


To edit a Secretary's Information from the Register of Secretaries: 


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 


2) Once you are logged in, navigate to Registers from the left menu. Proceed to the Register of Secretaries listing page and select a record.  


3) Then, click on the Pen button at the top right.  

 

4) On the "Register of Directors" pop-up window, edit the information as required, then click on Update.  


Important Note: The Date of Appointment cannot be edited for a CoSec once it has been confirmed.
