When a Business User (Director) or Executive Assistant (PA) completes voting for a Schedule, the Schedule will shift from To-Do to Recently Completed tab.
Now, if the Administrator adds new proposed date(s) to an activated Schedule which the Business User or Executive Assistant had voted for, the Schedule will be placed back under the To-Do tab. The Schedule will be labeled with a remark, '(Update from Admin)'.
As a Business User or Executive Assistant, you will be able to view the new proposed dates under the New Proposed Dates section.
