Now, Administrators will be able to view the Approval cancellation reason in the Approvals archive report (please see the screenshot below). 

To view an approval archive report:

1) Click on Documents from the left menu. 

2) On the Documents page, click on Archived. Then, you will be able to view a list of your archived items.  

3) Click on the Approval name and the Approval archive report will be opened in a new window.
