This new feature allows the Administrator to hide the meeting agenda title and add a recusal remark for the recused participant(s).
To hide the meeting agenda title and add a recusal remark for the recused participant(s):
1) In the View Meeting page, scroll down to the Agenda Details section. Then, click on +Add Agenda.
2) In the Add Agenda pop-up window, select the participant from the Recused Attendees dropdown list. Then, you will be able to see the Recusal Remarks field under Recused Attendees.
By default, the word 'Recused' will be auto-written on the Recusal Remarks field. However, you can delete it and enter your own remark. Please note that the remark entered under the Recused Remarks field will replace the meeting agenda title in the recused participant's view.
3) Once everything is filled up, click on Save and Close or Save and Add Next to proceed.
You have successfully hidden the meeting agenda title and added a recusal remark for the recused participant(s)
