The Director can circulate the Section 165 disclosure to himself and the company's Secretary if he/she has a directorship (Section 156) in the non-related company.
Important Note: The information shown on the Circulation Disclosure Distribution List is taken from the Director's Disclosure Section 156. Therefore, if the Director does not have any directorship in the company, the system will not know to who to circulate the disclosure.
