We have revised the recipients that will be included under the email notification 'To' and 'CC' fields, for the meeting, schedule, and open approval notification emails.

Previously, when an Administrator triggers any notification emails in meetings, schedules, and open Approvals, there are two emails that will be sent out:

Email 1: "To" All Business User(s) and "CC" Administrator(s)

Email 2: "To" Executive Assistant(s) and "CC" Administrator(s)

Now, we have combined both emails into one:

"To" All Business User(s)

"CC" All Executive Assistant(s) and Administrator(s)
