Register of Secretaries: How to Cease a Secretary

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to cease a Secretary from the Register of Secretaries.

Important Note: Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).  


To cease a Secretary from the Register of Secretaries:


Important Note: You can only cease Company Secretaries with a confirmed date of appointment.   


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 


2) Once you are logged in, navigate to Registers from the left menu. Proceed to the Register of Secretaries listing page and select a record.  


3) Then, click on the Trash button at the top right. 

 

4) On the "Remove from Register" pop-up window, enter the Date and Reason of Cessation and click on Remove from Register.



5)  Once done, the record will shift to the Past appointment section.


You have completed the tutorial on ceasing a Secretary from the Register of Secretaries.
