How to Remove an Administrator’s Sub-Role

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials! 

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to remove an Administrator’s sub-role. 

Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). 

To remove an Administrator’s sub-role:

1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.

2) Click on Your Profile Picture at the top right of your screen and select Access Rights Settings.

3) Locate the target Administrator in the list, then click the Delete Administrator Role icon from the Action column.

4) Click Confirm on the pop-up window.

Administrator Assignment Permissions Matrix

• Product Owner: Can remove Super Administrator or Elevated Administrator sub-roles.
• Super Administrator: Can remove Elevated Administrator sub-roles only.
  
• Normal & Elevated Administrators: Cannot remove sub-roles.
