The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). Please note that this support is intended for desktop environments and is not applicable to mobile devices.


Hence, we would like to provide you the steps to clear the cache on Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge web browsers.


To clear the cache on Google Chrome:

1) On your desktop/laptop, open Chrome.


2) At the top right, click on More (3 dots icon).


3) Click on Settings. 


4) On the "You and Google" section, click on Clear browsing data.


5) Choose a time range on the Clear browsing data pop-up screen. To delete everything, select All time.


6) Check the box next to "Cached images and files". Then, click on Clear data.



To clear the cache on Microsoft Edge:

1) On your desktop/laptop, open Microsoft Edge.


2) At the top right, click on Menu (3 dots icon).


3) Click on Settings. 



4) On the "Privacy, search, and services" section, scroll down to Clear browsing data and click on Choose what to clear.


5) Choose a time range on the Clear browsing data pop-up screen. To delete everything, select All time.



6) Check the box next to "Cached images and files". Then, click on Clear now.


You have successfully cleared the cache on your Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge web browsers.
