Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to view the finalised Meeting date. 


To view the finalised Meeting date:  


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 


2) Once you have logged in, you will be directed to Upcoming Items. At the top of the screen, you will be able to see your Director’s name.   


3)  If you wish to select another Director, 

a) Tap on the default Director’s name at the top of your screen.

b) Select another Director from the dropdown list and tap on Done.


4) Next, tap on the Completed icon from the bottom menu bar. 


5)  On the Items > Completed page,  when the Administrator has finalised the meeting date, you will be able to view the Schedule with a DATE FINALISED status in green. Tap on the Schedule 


6) On the Schedule page, you will be able to see the status, finalised date, and time at the top of your screen.
