There is an update to the user interface design in the Meeting and Schedule modules.
Previously, when a Business User wished to notify his/her Executive Assistant of an upcoming Meeting or Schedule, he/she would click on the Notify Executive Assistant button in the Meeting and Schedule modules and would see an 'Additional Message' pop-up window. Now, the pop-up window shows 'Notify Executive Assistant'.

Once the User had clicked on the Notify Executive Assistant button, an 'Additional Message' window would appear.
