We have enhanced the filter feature in the Board Space and Documents modules. 


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 


1. There is an update to the filter feature in Board Space. Business Users are now able to filter events by User Group.

Previous Design

Under Current Schedule, there were module filters such as Schedules, Meetings, and Approvals.


Current Design

Under Current Schedule, there is a Filter feature.

Once the Business User taps on the Filter button, he/she would be able to select module filters such as Schedules, Meetings, Approvals, and User Group (if the User has been added to any User Group and the User Group was added as participant to the events).




2. There is an update to the filter feature in the Documents. Business Users are now able to filter files by User Group.

Previous Design

Under Documents, there was an All Category filter feature.


Once the Business User tapped on the All Category button, he/she was able to select modules such as Schedules, Meetings, and Approvals.


Current Design

Under Documents, there is a Filter feature.

Once the Business User taps on the Filter button, he/she would be able to select module filters such as Schedules, Meetings, Approvals, and User Group (if the User has been added to any User Group and the User Group was added as participant to the events).
