Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to edit your profile.


Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). Please note that this support is intended for desktop environments and is not applicable to mobile devices.

 


To edit your profile: 

1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 


2) Click on Your Profile Picture at the top right of your screen.


3) Then, select My Profile from the dropdown. 


4) Click on Edit.  


5) Once you have updated your information, click on Save.


Important Note: You will not be able to update your email address via your profile page. Please write your request to Board.Vision Customer Experience (CX) Team via the support email provided below, should you require us to update your email address.
