There are some updates to the user interface design in the Meetings module.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
1. Previously, Business Users were only able to view the presenter's name from the meeting agenda on Android. Now, we have added the presenter's email address on Android too.
When the Business User tapped on the 3 Dots or Document icon, he/she was only able to view the Presenter's Name.
When the Business User taps on the 3 Dots or Document icon, he/she will be able to view the Presenter's Name and Email Address.
2. When the Business User taps on an Agenda with a single document, an Agenda document window will pop up, and the Agenda Name will be displayed.
If the Administrator had uploaded a single document to an Agenda, when the Business User tapped on the Agenda Name, he/she was straight- away directed to the document.
When the Business User taps on the Agenda Name, he/she will see the Agenda document pop-up window.
The Agenda name will be displayed on the Agenda document pop-up window.
