When one of the Signatories declines to act on the document, an email from notification@board.vision with the title “<CompanyName>: SmartSign - Document was declined” will be sent to the Signatories and the Preparer(s).
Important Note:
Declining to act on the document will have affect all the Signatories including yourself.
Upon clicking on the "Review Document" link in the email, all the Signatories will be directed to the screen below.
