When the Preparer voids the document, an email from notifications@board.vision with the title “<Company Name>: SmartSign - Document was void” will be sent to all the signatories and the preparer.
Important Note:
Once the document has been voided by the preparer, the signatories will be directed to the screen below when they click on the "Review Document" link in the email.
The Preparer will also see the updated status, "Cancelled" on the SmartSign listing page under the Status column.
