Previously, the Company Registration No. (UEN) field was greyed out and not editable once the Director or his/her Authorised Preparer added a company to the Director’s Disclosure Section 156 list of appointments/interests.
Now, we have enhanced the system to allow the Director and his/her Authorised Preparer to edit the Company Registration No. (UEN).
Important Note: Any changes will affect all the Directors in both Section 156 and 165 if they have an appointment or shareholding in the same company. E.g. Directors A and B are seated in Company XYZ with the Company Registration No. (UEN) XYZ123. If Director A edits the Company Registration No. (UEN) from his Section 156 to XYZ1234, the Company Registration No. (UEN) . will be auto-updated to Director B Section 156 too.
