We have enhanced the filter feature in the Activity Logs.

Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.

Previous Design

Under Logs, there were module filters at the top right of the screen such as User, Schedules, Meetings, and Approvals.
Current Design

Under Logs, there is a Filter button at the top right of the screen. 

Once the Business User taps on the Filter button, he/she will be able to select the module filters such as User, Approvals, Schedules, and Meetings from the Filters pop-up screen.
