There are some enhancements to Sections 156 & 165. of the Director's Disclosure.
1) We have changed Sections 156 & 165 from a dropdown list to two separate buttons.

2) We have changed all sub headers to a dropdown list under Section 156.

4) We have updated the button's name in both Sections 156 and 165 from 'Circulate Disclosure' to 'Send Disclosure'.
Important Note: With the inclusion of the 'Send Disclosure' button in both Sections 156 and 165, you can now circulate your Section 156 disclosures by navigating to Section 156 and clicking on 'Send Disclosure'. Similarly, for your Section 165 disclosures, go to Section 165 and click on 'Send Disclosure'.

5) We have updated the Circulate Disclosure pop-up screen.
Previously, once the Director or his/her Authorised Preparer clicked on the 'Circulate Disclosure' button, both Sections 156 and 165 disclosure(s) due for circulation were displayed on the same pop-up screen.
Now, if the Director or his/her Authorised Preparer clicks on the 'Send Disclosure' button in Section 156, the pop-up screen will only display Section 156 disclosure(s) due for circulation. Similarly, if he/she clicks on the 'Send Disclosure' button in Section 165, the pop-up screen will only display Section 165 disclosure(s) due for circulation.

6) We have updated the UI for viewing the circulation history for both Sections 156 and 165. To view a history of circulated disclosures for both Sections 156 and 165, the Directors or his/her Authorised Preparer can now click on ‘View Circulation History’ and go to the following to view all circulated disclosures:
- Section 156 Disclosures
- Section 165 Notice of Change
- Shareholdings By Appointment Date
- Year End Disclosures
