Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to add/edit/replace/delete documents under the Agenda Documents and Additional Documentation sections for ended Meetings. 


Important Note: Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).   


The edit/replace/delete of documents for ended meetings, applies only to the documents that have been uploaded post-meeting for both Agenda documents and Additional Documentation. 


To add an agenda document for an ended meeting:


Important Note: The steps provided below on adding, editing, replacing or deleting the agenda documents are applicable to additional documents under the 'Additional Documentation' section.


1) Log in to your Board. Vision account using your registered email address and password. 


2) From the left navigation menu, go to Meetings & Events, and click on a meeting with an Ended status. 

3) On the View Meeting page, scroll down to the Agenda Details section.


4) To add a document to an agenda, click on the Add document icon.


5) On the Add Document pop-up window, first, select Choose file to upload a documentThenenter the mandatory title into the Document Title field


6) To recuse any participant(s) from this document, click on the Recused Participants field and select the user from the Search to Recuse Participants pop-up window.


7) To recuse any user group(s) from this document, click on the Recused User Groups field and select the user group from the Search to Recuse User Groups pop-up window.


8) If you wish to disallow users to download, uncheck the Allow download option.


9) Then, click on Confirm.


Once you have uploaded an agenda document successfully, you can edit it if required.


To edit the agenda document:

1) Click on View Documents under the Related Documents column, within the Meeting Agenda Details section.


2) On the Agenda Documents pop-up screen, click on the Pen icon.


3) Edit the necessary information on the Edit Agenda Document pop-up screen and then, click on the Confirm button.


You may replace the agenda document if required.


To replace the agenda document:

1) Click on View Documents under the Related Documents column, within the Meeting Agenda Details section.


2) On the Agenda Documents pop-up screen, click on the Replace icon.


3) Select Choose File on the Replace Document pop-up screen and then, click on the Confirm button.


To delete the agenda document:

1) Click on View Documents under the Related Documents column, within the Meeting Agenda Details section.


2) On the Agenda Documents pop-up screen, click on the Trash icon.
