How to Add, Edit, Replace or Delete Agenda Documents for Ended Meetings

In this tutorial, we will guide you through the steps to add, edit, replace, or delete documents under the Agenda Documents for Ended Meetings.

Important Note:

• The Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).

• The ability to edit, replace, or delete documents in ended meetings applies only to post-meeting documents uploaded under both Agenda Documents and Additional Documentation.

To add, edit, replace, or delete documents under the Agenda Documents for an ended meeting:

Important Note: The steps provided below on adding, editing, replacing or deleting the agenda documents are applicable to additional documents under the 'Additional Documentation' section.

1) Log in to your Board. Vision account using your registered email address and password. 

2) From the left navigation menu, go to Meetings & Events, and click on a meeting with an Ended status.

3) On the View Meeting page, scroll down to the "Agenda Details" section.

Click on View Documents to add a document to an agenda item.

4) Click on the +Add button and select to drag and drop a PDF file from your device or import from the Record Management. 

5) Once the document has been uploaded, click within the green box that reflects the document name to edit more information.

You can update the document details and manage access permissions under the Participants tab.

6) To replace or delete the document, click on the respective icons.
