We have added a function to allow Administrators and Business Users to download a set of Meeting documents in the Meetings & Events module. Previously, the Meeting documents had to be downloaded one at a time.
Important Note: This function is available only to Administrators and Business Users. Administrators will be able to download a set of Meeting documents of a Meeting with Draft, Scheduled, Ongoing, or Ended status. Whereas Business Users will be able to download a set of Meeting documents of a Meeting with Scheduled, Ongoing, or Ended status.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
1) Administrator's View
