We have enhanced the Deactivate user function in the Users module.

Now, when the Administrators deactivate a user, the user's account will be both deactivated and archived. This action includes the removal of the user’s record from all active/draft user groups and upcoming events.

Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 

Previous Design

- When the Administrator deactivated a user, the user's account became inactive only.
Current Design

- Once the  Administrator deactivates a user, the user's account will become inactive and his/her record will be archived. 

Note: For Auditors only - Once the Auditor's BV Access Time Range has concluded, the account will automatically be archived and listed under the 'Archive User' listing page.
