We have enhanced the Action button on iPad and the Action and Supporting Documents buttons on iPhone and Desktop/Laptop in the Approvals module.
This enhancement was made available on Android on 14 Dec 2023 and Desktop/Laptop on 01 Feb 2024.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
1) For iPad
| Previous Design - When Business Users tapped on the Approval that required their response from the "To-Do List" or "Current Schedule" section, they were redirected to the Approval document. Within the Approval document, they saw the action button presented in the form of an icon located at the bottom right side of the screen. |  |

2) For iPhone
| Previous Design - When Business Users tapped on the Approval that required their response from the "Upcoming Items" section, they were redirected to the Approval document. Within the Approval document, they saw the supporting and action buttons presented in the form of icons located at the bottom right side of the screen. |  |
| Current Design - When Business Users tap on the Approval that requires their response in the "Upcoming Items" section, they are redirected to the Approval document. Within the Approval document, they will see the enhanced supporting and action buttons located at the bottom right side of the screen. |  |
