We have enhanced the SmartSign feature, allowing signatories the convenience of applying their signature automatically to all signature fields within a document.
Previously, signatories were required to manually sign each signature field on every page of the document provided by the preparers.
Now, within the Signature pop-up box, there will be a new checkbox labeled "Apply the same signature to all my signature fields". Signatories can simply select this checkbox if they wish to apply their signature to all signature fields within the document.
Note:
- If the checkbox is checked, the same signature will automatically populate in all other signature fields.
- If the checkbox is not checked, the signature will only be applied to the current signature field.
- By default, the checkbox will be checked.
