Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to create a survey form.

Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). Please note that this support is intended for desktop environments and is not applicable to mobile devices.


To create a survey form:


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 

 

2) Once you are logged in, click on Survey Questionnaire from the left menu.  


 

3) Click on the +Add Survey button.

 

4) On the Add Survey page, enter the required Survey Name and Description or Deadline (if any).


5) Scroll down to the Add Recipients section and enter the recipient's email address or click on Add BV User. Then click on Next.

 

6) Once you have clicked on Next, you will be redirected to the Create Form page. Click on the Add Question button.

 

7) Enter your question.

 

8) Then, select the answer type such as:

  • Radio Button Group
  • Rating Scale
  • Checkboxes
  • Dropdown
  • Multi-Select Dropdown
  • Yes/No (Boolean)
  • File Upload
  • Image Picker
  • Ranking
  • Single-Line Input
  • Long Text
  • Multiple Textboxes

 

9) Once you have added all the questions, click on Activate to send the survey form to all the recipients added in the add recipient's section.

 

10) On the Activate Form pop-up window, click on Confirm.

 

You have successfully created a survey form.
