In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to respond to a survey from an email notification.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
To respond to a survey from an email notification:
1) Open your inbox and locate the email inviting you to complete a survey.
2) Click on the "Take the Survey" button provided in the email.
3) Click on the survey link in the email, and you’ll be redirected to the form. Complete the survey by answering all the questions provided.
4) After answering all the questions, click the "Complete" button to finalize your survey response.
5) You will see a message confirming that your survey has been successfully submitted.
6) You may have the option to edit your response if the Administrator has enabled it.
- Click the "Click to Edit Your Response" button.
- If you wish to edit your response later, copy and save the survey response link provided.
You have successfully responded to a survey from an email notification.
