Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps on how to view the survey response.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
To view the survey response:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) Once you are logged in, click on Survey Questionnaire from the left menu.
3) Click on the Select Action button under the "Action" column.
4) Then, select Preview Response from the pop-up menu.
5) Once you click the Preview Response button, you will be able to view the Total Responses, which include options to View Summary and View Individual responses.
6) Under the View Summary page, you will be able to select the chart to be displayed by Bar, Stacked Bar, Pie, and Doughnut.
Note: The available chart types in the dropdown menu will vary depending on the question type.
7) Under the View Individual page, you will be able to select the respondent from the drop-down.
You have successfully viewed the responses of the survey.
