Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to view save your signature for e-signing of Approvals.


Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). Please note that this support is intended for desktop environments and is not applicable to mobile devices.

 

To save your signature for the e-signing of Approvals:


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 

2) Click on Your Profile Picture at the top right of your screen.


3) Click on Saved Signature from the dropdown menu. 


4) Once you have clicked on Saved Signature, a 'My Signature' screen will pop up.


5) You may choose to upload a signature image that you have saved on your desktop/laptop, or sign within the white box.

Then, click on Save.


If you had saved your signature previously via mobile devices, you may follow the steps below to update your signature:


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 

2) Click on Your Profile Picture at the top right of your screen.


3) Click on Saved Signature from the dropdown menu. 


4) Once you have clicked on Saved Signature, a 'My Signature' screen will pop up with your existing signature. Update your signature as required, then click on Save.
