Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to enable or disable the masking of users' contact information from the Business Users and Executive Assistants view.


Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). Please note that this support is intended for desktop environments and is not applicable to mobile devices.   



To enable or disable the masking of users' contact information from the Business Users and Executive Assistants view:

1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 


2) Click on Your Profile Picture at the top right of your screen.  


3) Then, click on Global Settings from the dropdown menu.   


4) On the "Global Settings" page, navigate to the SecuritySettings section and you will find the "Mask all user contact information" checkbox. 

5) Once masked, 


a) All the Users' email addresses under the Primary Email / Login ID column, will be partially concealed in the 'User Management' listing page. 


b) The User's  Primary Email (Login ID) and Mobile Phone will be partially concealed in the 'View User Personal Information' page.
