Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to set a reminder for a survey

Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). 


To set a reminder for a survey:


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 

 

2) Once you are logged in, click on Survey Questionnaire from the left menu.  


3) Click on the Set Reminder icon under the 'Action' column.


4) Once you have clicked on the Set Reminder icon, a "Set Reminder" window will pop up. Enter the time you want the reminder to be sent to the recipients, specify the interval between each reminder (if applicable), and click on Confirm.


Note: If the Administrator inputs 0 for the 'Number of days between reminder", the auto reminder will be sent out only once.


You have successfully set a reminder for a survey.
